Parallel operation of tool room and our main activity – the production of rubber-technical products – gives us the flexibility to respond to the demands of our customers as quickly as possibly. The tools needed for a particular product are constructed and manufactured in our own tool room.
We have at our disposal efficient state-of-the-art technical equipment, supported by CAD-CAM technology, which enables us to manufacture tools even of the most complicated shapes and sizes. High level of flexibility in relation to the demands and desires of our customers is of the utmost importance. We strive to satisfy the demands as quickly as possible and always within the set deadline. In addition to classical processing machines in the tool room there are also two three-axis and two five-axis CNC processing centres, CNC lathe and three CNC machines for dip eroding.
We are able to manufacture tools up to the size of 1000 mm x 800mm. Similar to the production of rubber-technical products the tool room operates in compliance with the ISO standards as well.
