In the development and construction department we construct and manufacture tools for jetting rubber, combination of rubber and plastic and combination of rubber and metal.

Due to the specific requirements of our customers and the complexity of products we develop tools of various dimensions and shapes. A lot of attention is devoted to the choice of appropriate materials, cost-effective technologies, suitability of design and technical excellence of products. All the results in the department are achieved through teamwork, which is the only way to transform a good idea into the best solution. Our speciality is tools for geometrically complex products.

• Prototypical and serial tools for jetting rubber
• Prototypical and serial tools for jetting rubber in combination with plastic
• Prototypical and serial tools for jetting rubber in combination with metal
• Devices for removing products from the tools

Meticulous and professional planning is a solid base for successful work. The first step is always a detailed analysis of present state, at which point we use all our knowledge and experience to analyse all the key facts. After this the range of solutions is proposed, which are then evaluated and assessed in order to choose the most appropriate final solution. When the latter is chosen, 3D models of a tool are prepared, as well as the documentation and the technology of processing various parts of the tool.

Due to Pro/Engineer software our development department is supported by:

• Opening of models in exchanging files (VDA, STEP, IGES, DXF, …)
• 3D modelling of tools, products, electrodes
• Preparation of documentation
