SILIKO is one of the largest manufacturers of rubber-technical products in Slovenia. Our customers are offered a complete solution from the initial design of the tool to final small-scale or large-scale serial production. In the twenty-year-long history of our company we have gained a lot of experience and knowledge on injection moulding and classical ways of vulcanization in processing of wide range of materials (NR, NBR, SBR, HNBR, EPDM, ACM, CO/ECO, CR, VMQ, FPM …).

In 2006 we have succesfully introduced the production of LSR (liquid silicone) and plastic articles, that demands specific machine equipment, moulding tools and know-how.

The manufacturing of rubber-technical products is performed with state-of-the-art well-maintained machines for injection moulding operated by highly skilled staff. Close cooperation with some of the world's most important manufacturers of machine equipment (MAPLAN, ENGEL, LWB, DESMA, KRAUSSMAFFEI) enables us to exhibit the highest level of flexibility at all stages of production process.

To fully satisfy the requirements of our customers we also possess devices for:

• Preparation of in-built elements (machines for degreasing, sand-blasting, manual and automatic glue application)
• Product cleaning (freezing with nitrogen)
• Post-vulcanization

Because of the widening of the scope of production and rapid growth of the company the production was extended so that nowadays we have shop floors at two different locations, comprising 6.000 m2  of indoor surfaces:

• at the headquarters in Brezje
• at the production plant in  Sevnica.

Due to its specifics the production is round the clock (24 hours a day) in three or four shifts. Modern and effective organisation of work and constant introduction of new highly-efficient technologies are a guarantee of high quality, management of small-scale and large-scale serial production and very short supply deadlines.
