Siliko began with production of liquid silicone and plastic products - januar 2007

In the beginning of this year Siliko began with the production of products made of plastic. In new production area of ex textile company Jutranjka we have organized a separated »plastic department« with 9 machines (at the moment) for moulding plastic and liquid silicone.

For several years Siliko produces a variety of products made of rubber, combination of rubber & plastic and rubber & metal. In the beginning of last year we have successfully began with the production of liquid silicone (LSR)products, which was one of biggest novelties since the LSR production demands specific machine equipment, specific moulds and knowledge. An additional step forward was the production of plastic products, that we began with in January 2007.

With purchase of the rest of ex textile company Jutranjka we have acquired a wide new production area, in which we have organized a separated »plastic department«. In new production hall we have moved the existing machines for plastic and LSR, and also 4 new machines KRAUSSMAFFEI that we bought this year.

Most of the production of plastic parts is currently represented by plastic parts that are made for car industry - for use as part of air conditioning system. Beside that we are at the moment also manufacturing articles for use in food industry, computer industry and stomatology.
